Usually nice and dry Access Most major air companies fly to Sofia
airport.
Stara Zagora is close enough and easily accessible by car from
most European countries.
Bus transportation will be arranged from Sofia city to Stara
Zagora on 23th and 24th September.
St. Zagora can be reached from Sofia by bus or train for 5$
and Starozagorsky Mineralni Bani (where is located the conference
site and hotel) by bus for 0.5 $ from St. Zagora.

St. Zagora, Starozagorsky Mineralni Bani and your hotel.
Credit cards
In Bulgaria only cash is reliable way of payment. Checks require 1-month
clearance time. Credit cards are accepted only in most expensive hotels.
Do not rely on them!!!
Accommodation
Conference accommodation will be in a very nice mountain hotel
(with quality equal to ***, but very low prices) at the conference
site. Accommodation and food cost is not included in the registration
fee.

Price of Conference Accommodation
Single bed in a triple room (shared with others): 12.50 $/night
person
Single bed in a double room: 23 $/night
Apartment: 38 $/ night
Food: around 6 $/ day
Reservations of the conference accommodation can be made by e-mail
by sending us the registration form. There are no fees for this reservation.
Accommodation during pre- and post- conference excursions
The Organization committee will make reservations of accommodation
during the excursions, after you pay the excursion fee. Accommodation
and food cost during the pre- and post- conference excursions are
included in the excursion fee.
Accommodation in Sofia
Reservations of accommodation in Sofia (when necessary) on the
way to the conference is on responsibility of participants. We include
links to the web sides of wide variety of hotels in Sofia. You must
select and contact one of them in order to secure your accommodation
in Sofia. Accommodation and food cost in Sofia is not included in
the registration fee.
Conference rooms
There are one large conference room (100 sits) and 2 smaller
meeting rooms (20 people) in the conference hotel. There are overhead,
slide and multimedia projectors in the conference room.
